I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, located right in front of the mall making it convenient to grab things. The rooms were beautifully clean with a lovely view, especially through the wide windows. The service was top-notch, and the location was superb near great restaurants and tourist attractions.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right across from the mall, making it super convenient to grab anything I needed. The rooms on the second level with a view were amazing, with wide windows that made the whole experience even better. The dining with a view of the Taal volcano was a highlight, offering a fantastic experience. However, the service was a bit lacking, especially with the paid airport shuttle. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it.
